The Thai Festival of our Dame Sophida Chanvichai Krause lays the foundation for a further step in our Order.
A delegation from the Order of St Stanislas welcomed a Thai delegation to Vienna. Among them were the Thai Minister of Tourism, the President of the Red Cross and the Governor of Sukhothai. Our Grand Chancellor had interesting discussions with them. The Thai delegation was very interested in getting to know the Order and our work.
Our Grand Protector HIRH Herta Margarete Habsburg-Lothringen was a special guest at the Thai Festival in her office as President of the Flame of Peace and gave the opening speech on friendship between peoples and the preservation of culture and tradition. The charitable work of the Flame of Peace and the Order of St Stanislas is not only carried out in this country, but in many countries around the world. This has also led to a worldwide network that is helping us to progress. We got to know a lot of interesting people and made many new contacts.
